Meet the People Behind Zen Horizons
Compassionate professionals dedicated to creating a supportive, judgment-free space for healing, growth, and meaningful change.
Travis Chazon
Travis Chazon is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor with more than a decade of experience working in the mental health and addiction fields. As the Founder and Clinical Director of Zen Horizons Counseling Services, Travis is passionate about creating a supportive, judgment-free environment where individuals can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
His approach to therapy is collaborative and person-centered, while incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Travis works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, mood-related concerns, low self-esteem, anger, and challenges related to life transitions and relationships.
Travis believes that therapy is not about telling someone how to live their life—it is about helping people better understand themselves, recognize patterns that may be holding them back, and develop practical tools to move forward.
He works alongside each client to identify their goals, build on their strengths, and develop strategies that fit their individual needs and circumstances.
As Zen Horizons continues to grow into a group practice, Travis is committed to building a team of compassionate clinicians who share the belief that quality mental health care should be accessible, individualized, and grounded in genuine human connection.
You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy can be the place where you begin.
Odalys S. Quevedo
For Odalys S. Quevedo, therapy is about rewriting the stories we tell ourselves about who we are and what we are capable of enduring. Born and raised in Miami, she offers sessions in English and Spanish.
Odalys has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Barry University and has experience working with a variety of populations and a wide range of ages. Her work is deeply informed by the vibrant, multicultural environment she was raised in, allowing her to connect authentically with clients across diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
Her practice is grounded in the power of “and.” Clients are invited to honor complex, coexisting truths. You can be resilient and struggling, seeking direction and feeling uncertain, honoring your past and actively choosing a new way forward.
Odalys helps clients identify the hidden patterns that keep them feeling stuck, offering a supportive space to process difficult emotions and regain agency.
Odalys integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused approaches to help clients bridge the gap between insight and action.
By pairing honest emotional processing with tangible tools, she supports individuals in recognizing old patterns, moving through life changes, and healing from past wounds. Through this work, clients find a compassionate space to honor where they have been and gain the tools to write their next chapter.
